How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are put together with care every morning and sent out without delay. Shipping times may vary based on location, but a tracking number will be promptly issued to track your order every step of the way.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is calculated within the total price. Everything will be in total together by time of checkout! With orders $99+ shipping is free to you!
What if an item is defective?
Defective Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt.

State in your email your first and last name, order number and the product name.

Do you exchange for different size?
Short answer: Yes! But there are some conditions that apply :
- Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the date you receive your shipment, no exceptions.
- Your return package needs to include your packing slip or an order summary from the website with your first and last name, order number, and reason for returning the item(s).
- Customers are responsible for all the shopping costs associated with returns, we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
- Any request made past our 30 day return policy deadline or request including final sale items will be declined.
- If an item appears worn, smells of perfume or essential oils, deodorant, makeup, or has animal hair it will not be accepted as a return.
- All tags must still be attached as they came for a full exchange or store credit.
- Sale items are FINAL. No returns, or exchanged will be accepted.
- Accessories are final sale.
Does store credit expire?
We believe store credit holds the same value as cash, so it will be here for you whenever you need it.
