Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is calculated within the total price. Everything will be in total together by time of checkout!
Does Baccara Rose provide a tracking number for my order?
Absolutely! As soon as a label is created a tracking number will become available!
How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled?
At Baccara Rose we do our best to fulfill each order as soon as possible. Every morning orders are put together carefully to ensure a great shopping experience with us! It is our pleasure to provide attention to detail while handling your new purchase. Packages are then sent to the carrier the day of packaging.
What forms of payment does Baccara Rose accept?
All payment forms listed on our website are accepted. Gift cards that are Visa should go through payment without a problem.
Do you do exchanges if the size is wrong?
Baccara Rose offers exchanges for the same item at the same price in a different size. Within 30 days of receiving item. Costs of shipping will be additional.
However -
- If an item appears worn, smells of perfume or essential oils, deodorant, makeup, or has animal hair it will not be accepted as a return.

What happens if my item is defective?
Defective Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
